You will work in a cross functional team with end-to-end responsibility for operation, development, methods/processes, and support within the digital product Mechanical & Tooling Engineering. The product team is mainly located in Torslanda, Gothenburg, with some individuals working from other locations. The product is a part of the Design & Virtual Hardware cluster. We deliver capabilities for Research & Development, Manufacturing Engineering and Design, enabling hardware engineering and UX (User experience) development, with responsibility for approx. 180 applications mainly within the CAx/PDM area. What you’ll do • Work in an agile/scrum Team based in Gothenburg • Work closely together with business and transform their needs into technical solutions • Support our business to gain speed, flow & efficiency, retaining high quality • Secure a digital landscape that enables growth, scalability, and efficiency • Understand or identify the business needs/benefit and value of the activity • Lead and perform concept studies, pre-studies, including problem/opportunity analysis • Lead or take part in stakeholder analysis and management • Tailor the BA (Business Analyst) approach and plan the requirements digital activities • Participate in the early initiatives profiling activity bringing the BA competence wherever possible • Facilitate Workshops with stakeholders, for business modeling, requirements elicitation, information modeling etc. • Elicit, elaborate, verify, validate, and communicate requirements • Manage requirements by documenting, prioritizing, establishing traceability and keeping track of and analyzing the impact of changes • Facilitate and take part in the verification and validation of the proposed solutions • Collaborate with team, business, subject matter experts to research business and technology domains appropriate to business and IT (Information Technology) solution definition • Balance needs and expectations of customers, users and stakeholders through all activity phases and related to BA deliveries • Participate in transition activities when applicable • Individual coaching of other business analysts or initiative leads • Challenge disruptive and uncertain environment • Work with continuous improvements, combining research & innovation Do you fit the profile? • University degree or equivalent working experience • Good knowledge about Automotive development processes • Strategic and holistic perspective when examining a challenge • Fluent in English with effective communication skills • Experience from working in agile teams, preferable SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) • Analytical skills • Presentation skills • Critical thinking and problem solving • Facilitation and negotiation • Documentation and specification skills within the CAD/PLM area • Skills in relevant BA Focus areas and associated methods and techniques • Excellent in communication and interaction • Excellent collaborator • Leadership qualities • Self-motivated and strong driving force Meritorious knowledge • Knowledge of CAD and PLM systems • Knowledge of design engineering work, product design, product development • Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes • Experience with CAD standards • Experience with automotive product development and industries with an emphasis on hardware product development and manufacturing Who are you? • You are driven and proactive • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills • You are business and performance driven • You enjoy working in a team but also have the capacity to work independently with a focus on expected deliveries
